I paid for one week but the quality of food was not ok ..paneer was hard ..I started having stomachache after consuming the food for 2 days . No exotic fruits added in salads as promised.My money was not refunded when I complaint .Finally I asked them to stop sending food .It was a hopeless experience .Felt cheated.

Really disappointing experience, from food to service. Cold chewy chicken and even the operations/marketing team is unresponsive once you buy the subscription. Never subscribing again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

“I recently ordered the Paneer Makhani meal from Toneop Eats, and I must say I am deeply dissatisfied. For the price charged, the quantity provided was shockingly low. It felt like I was paying a premium for something that didn’t even meet basic expectations. The portion size was so inadequate that I felt outright cheated. On top of that, the meal itself did not feel value for money in terms of quality or taste either, which only added to the frustration. As a customer, I expect a fair balance between price, portion, and quality, but unfortunately, this experience failed on all fronts. I wouldn’t recommend this service unless they significantly improve their portion sizes and align the pricing with what they are offering. Feeling looted and completely disappointed!”
