I must emphasize the abysmal experience my family endured at Tomatoes Beachside Restaurant. From start to finish, the evening was a testament to their utter disregard for basic customer service and decency. Despite making a reservation through Zomato, the restaurant displayed blatant favoritism towards certain patrons, discriminating against couples and families with children. Our simple request for side seating to accommodate our young child and avoid exposure to smoking was met with disdain and indifference. Not only were we denied our requested table, but we were also subjected to the humiliating sight of the same table being offered to a couple, highlighting the establishment's biased treatment. The behavior of the staff was equally appalling. Instead of addressing our concerns with professionalism and courtesy, they treated us with contempt, relegating us to a seat near the washroom as if we were second-class citizens. Their dismissive attitude and disregard for our comfort were nothing short of insulting, evoking memories of colonial-era discrimination where individuals were treated as less than human. Tomatoes Beachside Restaurant's preferential treatment of bachelor groups and foreigners at the expense of local families is a disgrace. Their discriminatory practices have no place in a civilized society and serve as a stain on the hospitality industry. I urge all potential patrons to boycott this establishment until they undergo a fundamental overhaul of their policies and attitudes towards all customers, regardless of their background or composition. Highly disrespectful for Indian people, if you want to see colonial treatment of Indians go for it!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
