Went there for dinner on a working day. it was not busy at all.Before entering we checked with the hostess if they played loud music as we had small kids with us. she said NO. after entering in matter of 5 mins DJ was playing loud musicservice was too slow. looked like they only had 1 serverI have never seen such bad printed and torn menu cards. absolutely unimpressiveFood was no good either.

We attended a friend’s birthday party, and the experience was disappointing. The service was poor, and the area reserved by my friend, along with her decorations, was suddenly given to another party. They said they gave the place for cake cutting to this other party and the situation became really chaotic for our party. My friend and her husband repeatedly asked Mr. Gautam, likely the manager at Toksik, to resolve the issue, but he was extremely rude and dismissive. He even said he didn’t care if we left a bad review and acted very unprofessionally. Overall, it left a terrible impression. I wouldn't recommend this place for any special events.

first of all for your kind information I am not manager here. second thing is that dance floor is for common for every guest coming to toksik. and decorations is also committed for only the duration of cake cutting. and tme was beyond the committed time of 3 hours. However thanks a lot for coming and attending birthday party. all the very best
