The cooks here prepare good paneer, paneer tikka and hummus. Toksik Lounge & Bar is recommended for the terrific staff. The prompt service is something these restaurateurs care about. There is a pretty atmosphere and lovely decor at this place. This spot has received Google 4 according to the visitors' opinions.

Recently, we organized a birthday party. The service provided by the staff was very poor, and their behavior was rude. We had organized a birthday party followed by dinner. When we requested the staff to serve the birthday cake to the guests, they informed us that serving the cake was not within their scope of service. They stated that they only serve the food and beverages they provide. Additionally, they did not even provide cutlery for serving the cake to our guests. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not recommended for family birthday parties for sure. Despite having buffet, the service was horribly slow. The food was below average. One staff was allocated for serving a guests of 50+. Washroom was not kept clean. We were promised the separate space for our guests, but while event there were tables from different groups around the same place. Buffet tables were kept in common area near entrance gate leading to the full rush and confusion. There was another group with drunk members fighting to change the DJ song on full volume, while our guest wanted normal music.. This all leading to very poor experience and embarrassing situation . In the guest list while charging bill 12 additional unknown names were added for making inflated bills. Finally they agreed and corrected the bill, that was good point for the evening. Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely Horrible Experience at TOKSIK Restaurant – A Warning! I strongly urge everyone to avoid TOKSIK Restaurant at Spectrum Mall. My wife made a reservation for 10 people on the 13th of October for a gathering on the 21st, agreeing to a rate of ₹750 per person and even paying a ₹1000 advance. Just a day before our event, on the 20th, she received a call from the restaurant informing her that the price had been revised to ₹1100 per person! After intense arguments and a lot of back-and-forth, they reluctantly agreed to ₹900 per person, which was still an unjustified price hike. But the worst was yet to come. On the 21st, when all of our guests arrived, the food served was utterly unacceptable. It was stale and even had the foul smell of rotten ingredients! The situation was so bad that all of our guests stood up and refused to eat at the restaurant. To add insult to injury, the restaurant refused to refund the advance payment despite the horrible service and food quality. This was not only a breach of trust, but also a health risk and complete disregard for customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you're planning to celebrate or enjoy a meal, avoid TOKSIK at all costs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
