We visited Toast on Terrace with friends and while the food was generally good, one incident completely spoiled our experience. The way Mr. Murli handled the situation was extremely disappointing and left us very unhappy. My friends ordered non-veg starters, and after being served, they informed him that the dish was not cooked at all. He took away the remaining few pieces but never returned with an apology, explanation, or a properly cooked replacement. Instead, the item was simply added to our bill. When we questioned this, his response was that once food is served it cannot be taken back, and that the cook had checked and claimed it was fine. This response showed a complete lack of ethics, responsibility, and customer sensitivity. Paying an extra ₹400 on a ₹15,000 bill is not the issue. What truly upset us was the unprofessional behavior and the absence of basic courtesy and accountability expected from a manager. This experience left us deeply dissatisfied and unwilling to recommend the place. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
