A number of people say that the service is satisfying. This place provides you with a great choice of dishes for fair prices. But most guests who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

I can't say anything about the hotel because despite being the Tirupati International, they do not accept foreigners. And this is not clear on the website, not at all. Plus, this is not even the first time this happens to them, i.e. that they say to foreigners to find another place around. So it means that they know there is a communication problem, but still they do not do anything to solve them. They should just write: "foreigners are not allowed", in the same way they write "unmarried couple are not allowed". I paid in advance on MakemyTrip, now I will have to wait till 20 days to be refunded and I had to go to another hotel which is 3 times more expensive!

Really pathetic service, even manager are illiterate, travelling with my kids and wife asking for marriage certificate even submitting our adhaar card and voter id. How are this stupid running such business and losing customer for life time with such stupid behaviour then I booked ginger with no hassle. Don’t come with your family in such hotel like Tirupati international station road Surat. Service: 1
