I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I found a hair in my dosa, which is a serious hygiene issue. When I informed the staff, instead of sincerely apologizing, I was asked to pay the full amount. Even after refusing, they insisted I pay at least half. This is unacceptable. Cleanliness and customer service are very important in the food industry, and unfortunately, both were lacking here. I do not recommend this place unless they improve their hygiene and attitude towards customers. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The taste and service is not at par. I would've suggested you another shop named RK Mani which was situated in place of Gupta Sandwich earlier. It was far better at taste and cleanliness. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
