Many visitors come to taste perfectly cooked chicken. A number of reviewers consider the staff well-trained. If you want to experience cool service, you should visit this restaurant. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are adequate. The atmosphere is charming, as clients see it. But Tirunelveli Parotta Kadai has been rated below average by Google.

Looks like we need to go as a group to set a seat to have food in this place. I went alone and waiting for my name to be called but nothing happened for a while. I checked inside and found one table was occupied by 3 and 1 seat was empty , when I asked the supervisor he said "they came as a family and they are not ok to accommodate another person" Further he was telling, if I insist more they might feel uncomfortable sir. Sorry I will arrange another table in first floor. Absolute ridiculous! They don't even deserve any stars. Also, the given feedback/ complaint number is no use. The restaurant manager will not answer the call for any feedback.

Overrated and Disappointing!! I was very disappointed. Despite the hype, the food did not live up to expectations. Food: Parotta: The parotta was average, nothing special. Kal Dosa: My hotel cook makes a much better kal dosa than what they served here. Natu Kodi Pepper Fry: This dish was full of oil and lacked the expected spiciness. Gravies: The accompanying non-veg gravies were bland and didn't taste like meat. The so-called "pickle kind of pepper chicken" was surprisingly sweet. Overall: I would not recommend Tirunelveli Parotta Kadai. The food was disappointing, and I've had better experiences at other restaurants like Court Allam. If you're looking for authentic Tirunelveli parotta and gravies, I would suggest exploring other options. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
