I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tiramisu Cake Cafe, and I must say, the experience was delightful overall. The standout feature of Tiramisu Cake Cafe is undoubtedly the exceptional quality of their cakes. Each bite was a heavenly experience, with flavors that were rich, moist, and perfectly balanced. While the quality of the cakes is top-notch, it's worth noting that Cakes are positioned at a slightly higher price point compared to some competitors such as Monginis, I bought my Dad's b'day cake and noticed that similar cake was 100rs more and you need to pay 20rs extra for "Happy B'day" tag, I found this unsatisfactory. The staff at Tiramisu Cake Cafe were friendly and attentive. They were more than willing to assist in making selections and providing recommendations. Although there was an attempt to cross-sell additional items, it was done in a polite manner without being overly pushy, maintaining a positive customer experience. All the cakes present there didn't have a name tag in-front of them so it was a bit harder to detect what flavor the cake is, you have to ask every time :) The only reason I tried this place because of the name, Tiramisu. It sounds Japanese but actually Italian, and I wanted to cross check this with owner and even he thought it was Japanese. It means "Pick me up", which is perfect for a cake shop. I will be buying more cakes from this place as quality is good, I haven't tried custom cakes yet so I will keep this review updated once I will try. Ratings: 3.9/5 Potential to become big.
