Had a lovely morning breakfast from Tipsy Topsy while i was travelling in Train to Mumbai. Quantity and Quality was more than expected. Specially since it was a jain order. Sanitizer, spoon, tissue, banana wafer which came along actually helped me when i was traveling. I would recommend this restaurant for sure. Ordered the food at surat. Pasta was so so...
