Absolutely the worst place to visit in Jaipur. A restaurant owned by a thug owner (or a person claiming to be the owner), managed by staff with the hobby to ignore the customers and food that will never be served. We made prior booking but still got our table very late. We ordered all of our food as quickly as possible. Then we sat for 90 mins and only got our starters served. We never received our main course. We asked the staff about our order and they kept on saying it will be served in 10 mins but their 10 mins never came. Finally, the fourth time we asked about our food, a person claiming to be the owner came and told us to wait for 15 mins, we said that we have been waiting for 90 mins and then suddenly he became extremely angry and hostile. The owner started saying that I will not serve your food, do what you want to do. He started talking in bad language about our elderly and young children (6 months old children). He then called the police on us to create a false accusation against us but when other customers started siding with us, he ran from the scene and we had to leave the restaurant with empty stomach. Want the owner to shout at you and say no, I won't give you food after you reminding them couple of times? This is the place. Want threats for the time you spend here waiting for food? I recently visited the tipsy restaurant and had a mixed experience. The food was overall very tasty, which was a highlight of my visit. The sitting arrangement was comfortable and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was great. However, the service was a bit slow, which took away from the overall experience. Despite the delay, the food was worth the wait. I'd definitely recommend this place for its delicious food and ambiance, but hopefully, they'll work on improving their service speed.
