Mismanagement at it’s peak. They aren’t handling online booking and walk in’s right. Worst service. They are okay if you choose to eat out.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at [Restaurant Name] was quite disappointing, primarily due to poor management and booking issues. Despite booking a slot in advance, we were made to wait for an extended period with no clear communication from the staff. It was clear that the restaurant was overbooked or lacked an organized reservation system.The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was no accountability or apology for the inconvenience caused. While the ambiance and food may have potential, it’s difficult to enjoy a meal when the experience starts with frustration and confusion.I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works on improving their reservation process and customer service. For now, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a smooth and well-managed dining experience.

Had a memorable experience dining at Tinnai Mess. The food was authentically prepared and served.
