The Timetable Cafe in Model Town near Shivaji Stadium , Panipat is made nicely the interior was ok ,talking about food I ordered Chinese Sizzler which was Okayish! (noodles tasted fine but the spring roll was oily and not properly cooked) there is also Bakery downstairs and upstairs there is Dine in area.
