Among other Chinese cuisune places to eat at, Times Of Asia can be one of the best. You can share perfectly cooked fried chicken, egg fried rice and fried eggs with your friends and spend a good time here. Food delivery is a big plus of this place. But the general score for this spot isn't high on Zomato.
Our parcel arrived later than expected, however, the packaging was compact, food quantities were absolutely generous and it tasted good. It came along with a garlic-y schezwan chutney that was uber delicious.
Here’s how our meal went:
1) Mushroom Garlic Chilly – Probably the STANDOUT dish of the day from this place. The mushrooms were deep-fried and tossed in Chinese sauces along with capsicums and shallots. The mushrooms were juicy and cooked to perfection. LOVED it. Highly recommended.
2) Drums of Heaven – Chicken legs tossed in a brown sauce. A very strong taste of soya sauce which overpowered the dish. Can be given a miss.
3) Chicken Satay – Chicken satay is usually a dry dish, but this one was along with gravy and tossed along with some bell peppers. Tasted decent.
4) Chicken in rich garlic gravy sauce – Tender and succulent chicken tossed in a garlic gravy and some chopped veggies. This paired extremely well with the rice we opted for! Mouth-watering! Highly recommended.
5) Dilli Wala Chow Mein – Well cooked noodles with exotic veggies and loads of cabbage! Nothing much to rave about.
6) Burnt Chilli Garlic Fried Rice – Aromatic fried rice cooked with burnt garlic. This rice is surely worth every penny! Totally lip-smacking. Highly recommended.
