I recently visited your café and had a very disappointing experience. The pasta was so undercooked that even a fork couldn’t go through it. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they were unwilling to cancel the order or take responsibility for the poor quality. I was with my friend visiting from the USA, and he was shocked by the service. This experience has left a negative impression, and I doubt I will be returning. Cafe is good and ambience is fantastic. Food and drinks are outstanding. But the service is not good. I know that it takes time to cook delicious cuisine, but all the drinks are not coming at one time. It took almost 30 minutes between 2 drinks. We were in group of 5, and the drink didn't came together. But, regarding this other things are great. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
