If can the cafe and it's manager Pushpinder attended the call and did not even entertain the call and adviced that you should not order from Zomato in future, if this order would have been a direct order, you would have received the food fresh n hot..... I personally don't think, this is an accurate answer, your food quality should be perfect, doesn't matter food is ordered directly or through an app.
