A very confused and impatient staff at this place..Though kulhad chai is awesome but if you order any other type of tea with some combo, the staff gets confused and ends up sending kulhad chai without kulhad...

The packing is not up to the mark as most of the times my chai had become ice cold....maybe delivery agent roamed around in mall...

But overall...chai is good if the staff understands you
