How can a restaurant not have drinking water available, when asked the server he said their RO isn’t working and there’s no water bottle either so you really need to work on that. And coffee wasn’t good either really below average

I had a situation regarding something I ordered from the menu. Mr sangaresh the manager of Tim Hortons Select City Walk, was very cooperative to help me & resolve the issue.
