Ordered beverages which were spilled when they arrived, this was highlighted over the call. Yet the next order arrived same. The packaging cups are leaking at the bottom for hot beverages. No refund given. Nor Zomato support executive was highly rude and offensive, seems like they get paid to be so. Despite sharing pics.

DONT ORDER. Third class store and meanest staff. Very rude and not understanding behaviour. They were so rude with me that I had to cancel my order and wasted my 20 mins. So I came here today, 1st January, and placed an order for INR 1150. Placing the order and waiting for like 10 minutes, the staff tells me that they are not allowing District app payment where my bill comes to INR 785, INSTEAD, THEY ARE FORCING ME TO PAY INR 1049 THROUGH EAZYDINER APP. Why the hell I should pay 300 more when the store discount shows up online. I checked with the staff and they were very rude to even accompany the request. They were forcing me to pay through EazyDiner or cancel the order. Shittiest place ever. And they have the guts to tell me to reach out to Zomato to resolve this. It’s not even my problem in the first place. As a customer, I expected something and the store fail to deliver it. As a solution, one lady told me they can put additional 20% discount on the order, but apparently, the store manager or colleague came, they said force to pay through EAZYDINER or by UPI.
