Tilak Refreshments is basically a good road-side quick snacks shop. This is saturated in Gole Market area of Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, Near Apsra Theatre. This place is famous for South Indian food. Masala Dosa, Idli Sambhar-Warda and Uttapam...and so on. A good place to visit once in a while. Food preparations are good and economical. There is little space for car parking.
