Visited this restaurant over the weekend and had a mixed experience. The food was delicious and the ambience was pleasant, making it a nice place to spend time. However, the service was quite disappointing and definitely needs attention. We clearly requested the waiter to serve the two dishes separately, but both arrived at the same time. On top of that, there was no cutlery placed on the table, and we had to ask for it — not just once, but again after waiting for a while. Something as basic as cutlery shouldn’t take that long. Overall, the place has potential because of its food and atmosphere, but the lack of attention to service brings the experience down. The food at Tikka Junction was really delicious, and the ambience was warm and welcoming. The service was also appreciable, with staff being attentive and courteous throughout our visit. Overall, it was a superb dining experience. However, one thing that left us a bit disappointed was at the entrance. We were carrying our own water bottle, and the staff asked us to put it inside the bag, stating it was not allowed. As per government rules, carrying water should not be restricted, and such policies can feel inconvenient for guests. I sincerely hope the management considers this feedback so that the overall experience, which is otherwise excellent, can become truly seamless.
