The courteous staff welcomes guests all year round. A lot of reviewers mention that prices are fair for what you receive. There is a pretty ambiance and spectacular decor at this place. Rating: Changed from 5 to 2 The new outlet looks good aesthetically, but the food quality has significantly declined. The taste is not the same as before, and the menu offers much less variety. Although I was told I could order from the old menu, when I tried to order paneer momos, I was informed they only had a mixed momo option. I agreed, but they ended up serving just plain veg momos and still charged me for the paneer momos. This feels like a disappointing way to make more money from a new outlet that clearly isn’t running smoothly. As compensation, they offered me just 50-55 loyalty points—which doesn’t really make up for the poor experience. To top it off, the staff seemed unsure themselves. The person taking my order apologized and mentioned they only learned today that only veg momos are available. Overall, a very disappointing experience with poor service at the new location.
