The venue is well-located in the heart of Gurgaon and works well for small to medium-sized birthday parties. The play area is a great addition, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. However, the pricing feels a bit high for the space offered. A more reasonable price point would make it a much better value for customers.

The place is well designed. Our first visit, a few months back, was quite decent. And unfortunately we decided to visit again !! Absolutely disappointed with the place n the experience!! We ordered chicken pasta at the Cafe and the chicken in the pasta wasn't fresh at all. Resulted in stomach upset the next day. Couldn't return the pasta for the sheer fact that we consumed some of the pasta to our toddler while keeping the chicken aside and sadly realised later that the taste of the chicken was funny !! The guy at the Cafe told us that the Cafe was booked for a birthday party and that we had just 30 odd minutes to gulp what we ordered. So me and my toddler went to the play area soon after the food while my husband waited at a bench that was kept outside the play area. But funnily the Cafe guy let new families dine in inspite of the birthday party progressing !! So what was the point of asking us to vacate the Cafe!??? Coming to the play area.... 1. Play area is just not for playing but to blow up balloons for decoration using the irritating blower machine which makes noise enough to irritate the kids and adults alike. 2. Staff was moving around with the Ballon decor without paying heed to where the kids were or what they were doing !! 3. Things like play house and a play piano was either broken or non functional. 4. When my toddler slid into the area filled with the plastic balls, the staff wasn't focusing on receiving or catching the kid due to which the kid never again attempted to climb back up to slide. 5. Overall the play area environment was unwelcoming !! Absolutely disappointed with the experience resulting in a spoiled Saturday!!
