Even though I booked a table for 6 over 2 weeks in advance to watch Braz Gonsalves, there was no table reserved, took 30 minutes to get a drink even though I stood at the bar. The staff were obviously untrained and incapable. Having driven over an hour to get there, we left in 30 mins . Never again at this place. Meal type: Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Vikram, While I would like to apologise for the shortcomings at out end and the experience you had at Ticana, I would like to clarify that we were not the organizers of the show, we were only the venue partners for it. We had no dealing in the number of people attending and if you would look at the poster it isn't our contact info. There was no table booked under your name, had you to contact us we would have been only too happy to reserve one for you. As you have mentioned above there was an overwhelming response of people for the show by more than double of what we were informed due to which the service was delayed. As you would appreciate we had to service the tables and other guests standing around aswell. Once again, do come by and give us a chance to show you our hospitality - I'm sure you would like it.
