veg classic roll was very dry. ordered 1 Schezwan roll but got 2 very dry veg rolls and pathetic taste.. looks like it doesn't matter what customer orders, you guys send anything as we have paid in advance. Disgusting behaviour

Their classic chicken Frankie is amazing however some of their other Frankie's are very average, i was a big fan of tibbs Frankie before but I feel their quantity and quality and freshness has gone down a little and they should work on it, one of the Frankie's that I had was cold from inside and other had very little stuffing so it was not worth the price, however still my all-time favourite is the classic chicken Frankie as that one was amazing as always.
