I usually don't enjoy posting negative reviews. But this is one way by which I thought the right people, who can actually do something about it, can see what the customer experiences have been in recent times.
Tibbs has been going down big time.
I used to be addicted to the Cheese and Tawa Paneer Frankie of Tibbs, years ago.
I have tried Tibbs recently on a couple of occasions (different outlets) and didn't really have an enjoyable experience. So, this review is a general review of the entire franchise of Tibbs.
My experience today was the height of it. The previous times I'd ordered for the cheese Frankie on Swiggy, I was told they don't have cheese anymore, but they never close it on the app.
I decided to try my luck again today. And God, what a blunder. They have changed the cheese (think they used to grate amul cheese cubes before) to "liquid cheese" now and it just tasted nothing close to that legendary roll I used to have years ago. Loads of mayo was smeared all over the roll. All the flavours were lost in the heap of low quality liquid cheese/mayo or whatever else it was.
I called and spoke to the guy on the counter and he says there's nothing he can do about it.
I urge for a few drastic changes to be made, for I'd not want to see such a huge brand hurting it's reputation which has been built over so many years of good work.
