Tiamo had large shoes to fill given the reputation that Silver Streak had and I would say that they have managed to do that well. Really loved the Chicken Teriyaki Bao and the Chicken Dumplings. The Bao was fluffy and the dumplings were juicy and the cover was very thin. The Pad Thai Noodles could have been better though.
