we were attended by Rishikesh, who welcomed us warmly.tried the khao suey soup which was really good, but the peanuts served along with it were stale - 8/10the italian tomato soup was sadly too sweet, and just lukewarm - 2/10thai basil chilli paneer had good flavours, with lots of garlic which is always appreciated- 8/10focaccia sandwich with pesto and paneer - taste was alright but the pesto didn’t taste of an italian basil one at all, seemed like some sort of cheese or cream or mayo was perhaps added to it, fries served along with could’ve been better as well. and i would’ve really expected either parmesan or cheddar to be grated on top instead of a processed cheese cube since you’re calling it a fine dine restaurant/bistro and charging the amounts that you are - 5/10 lasooni palak paneer - 7/10chatpata chola was slightly too spicy for some members even though we specified beforehand to add less chilli - 6/10breads like stuffed kulcha, roomali roti and garlic naan were all good, with the kulcha being the best of the lot it was soft and flavourful - 8/10overall experience was somewhat dulled by the food, but service was quick and really warm.
