A newly opened cafe in Ambikapur. Worth visiting for the ambience. Food taste and service can slightly be improved. Rest all, a decent dine in experience with the true cafe vibes. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Food quality was pathetic, even I can tolerate other items but the red sauce pasta, was the worst ever I have ever tasted even a street food vendor gives better then this and the price was also 180 Rs. Out which 80% of the portion we left like that only, when we asked manager , he said "Apna apna taste hota hai bakiyon ko acha lagta hai." This reply was epic Even if a customer is not satisfied and when the owner or manager apologises for it then customer get calm. But reply like this shows arrogance and they are not open for any feedback. They haven't even tried to change the dish I paid the bill in full. They didn't provide any GST Bill. Just a question is it ok to treat customer like this , they are paying there hard earned money. It's upto you guys whether you want to visit or not. The only plus point is there is interior which is not best but moderately good. I am adding pictures for reference.
