I am beyond disappointed with my recent visit. To start, the food was simply not good—it lacked quality and flavor. More concerningly, several items served were clearly not authentic Thomson Bakers products. If I’m going to a specific bakery, I expect their signature goods, not unrelated or outsourced items being passed off as theirs. Between the poor food quality and the bad attitude from the team, I won’t be coming back. I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
