Very pathetic food. Restaurant served old biriyani. When I raised a complaint they did not charge for the biriyani. The taste was too bad. I suggest the restaurant to check for some good biriyani recipe in YouTube. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered 3 chicken biriyanis today and were incredibly disappointed. The food had absolutely no taste and over priced (630 rs). We ended up leaving all three portions of biriyani as they were, completely untouched. A total waste of money and a very poor dining experience. One of the worst thomson bakers branches, I have eaten from other branches in Chengannur and Thiruvalla but comparing those,this one is an absolute disaster. The puffs were below average,it lacked flavour and crispiness. The fresh lime was not so fresh and the pineapple juice also tasted not very good. The service was one of the worst they were all over the place and was did not tend to customers who were just for a bite. They were completely concentrated on the people who were having lunch and literally no one tend towards the people who came next, I gave the order myself, took my drink myself from the counter and was drinking it while standing. One of the worst experiences, I had in thomson bakery, I hope they rectify there mistakes and make me edit this comment..
