One of the worst thomson bakers branches, I have eaten from other branches in Chengannur and Thiruvalla but comparing those,this one is an absolute disaster. The puffs were below average,it lacked flavour and crispiness. The fresh lime was not so fresh and the pineapple juice also tasted not very good. The service was one of the worst they were all over the place and was did not tend to customers who were just for a bite. They were completely concentrated on the people who were having lunch and literally no one tend towards the people who came next, I gave the order myself, took my drink myself from the counter and was drinking it while standing. One of the worst experiences, I had in thomson bakery, I hope they rectify there mistakes and make me edit this comment..
