Very bad customer service from the Chenganoor Thomson bakery sales person. Treating the customer like they are a headache for them. Today purchased some items from this shop and a tall guy who is in the sales area behaved very rude and arrogant way. This is the first time we are buying items from this shop and hereafter never visit this shop. We asked him to provide a container to put all the sweets we bought from the shop. He informed minimum 15 items must be purchased. May be it is the rule they are following the shop but at the same time there is a polite or friendly attitude way to inform the same to the customer. That guy is not suitable for this job.

Thomson bakers Chengannur is situated at the entry (left side)of Chengannur market road.This bakers have almost all types of confectioneries and snacks. But if you go there and communicated with the staff, then you will realize that there is lack of good communication manners.This is the only bakery charging more price for its products in the Chengannur town.Not bad but Not Good
