If you want to taste real misal — no jalebi, no papad, no unnecessary extras — just pure, simple and sorted flavor… this is the place to visit. My friend introduced me to it after we visited Mahalakshmi Temple, since it’s just a short walk away I’ve tried popular misal places like Salokhe and Wada Misal, and honestly Thombare has a unique taste of its own. Not too spicy, not bland — just the perfect balance ️ The rassa has amazing flavor, the shev-chiwda stays crispy, and they serve fresh bread along with it . Even thinking about it now makes my mouth water They also have Solkadhi on the menu, but I didn’t try it this time. Now for the practical part — it’s located in a basement, and seating is limited, around 20 people at a time. It’s a typical pangat-style setup, not a hangout spot. There might be waiting during peak hours due to limited space. Parking can be tricky. The place is in a narrow lane — 4-wheelers need to park on the main road and walk. Two-wheelers can go closer Pricing is very reasonable — ₹60 only. Group of 3–4 is manageable, but if you’re more, you might get seated separately. Overall, excellent taste, simple vibes, and truly worth trying at least once. You’ll definitely love it!
