Had visited this place a month ago, we ordered for meals and erachi curry. The food served was atleast 10 days old and it was served cold (literally taken right out of the refrigerator) and it was not tasty at all, did not taste like Kerala style food. The erachi curry served contained only pieces of fat and it did not contain meat at all and we were charged a whopping 220 rs for just the erachi curry and also the portion size was really small. And the incharge of this restaurant was a lady and she was literally rude to us. Guys pls think twice before visiting this shady place. And also it’s least hygienic. They don’t have a menu so plz ask for the price before ordering the food else the lady there will definitely cheat ppl.

We visited this place few days back and had very bad experience. We went there expecting some good kerala style food and we were highly disappointed. It food served as minimum 4-5 days old and it was not even heated while served to us also we had ordered beef roast which was also not served fresh and highly overpriced for a small portion size. Pls be careful while visiting or ordering food from this place. The restaurant owner is really very rude.

I guess we must be given an option for negative marking. However...

Ordered food for delivery via Zomato from Thiruvithamkoor Restaurant, Sarjapur Road on 25th jan.

And what I got served with was fungus infested food. It was cold as well. As if it had been kept in fridge for ages.

I am alarmed at the audacity with which the restaurant dared to send this food. Which means the restaurant expects the customer to eat this. Check the picture attached. This item was named Kesar in their menu.

I called up the hotel with the emotions a customer would have when they are served this food.

The hotel started threatening me and said do what you want.

If this is how a hotel treats its customer and lack ethics...what should one do ??

Boycott them that's all.
