Once in a blue moon, I get this wild craving for taro milk boba. Last night was that night. I placed my hopes, dreams, and ₹290 in the hands of Third Wave. What I got? Betrayal in a cup. That wasn’t taro, that was trauma. Now I don’t even wanna crave taro milk boba once in a blue moon anymore. Thank you, Third Wave, for curing me. Spiritually. I’ve been a loyal customer of Third Wave Coffee for almost 2 years across multiple outlets in Mumbai and have always loved the experience. Visited the 12th Main Road outlet in Bangalore recently and while the cozy, warm ambience was great, I was a bit disappointed with the food. The classic pancakes were served cold and the whipped cream’s quantity was too low we cannot even eat one pancake with that quantity, and the Mocha Choco Chip Frappe wasn’t chilled at all, I had to ask for extra ice, this is my regular order but this is the first time when I was disappointed by the food. Hoping this was just a one-off issue, as the quality is usually top-notch.
