Was an extremely disappointing experience at this outlet of third wave coffee. The problem was with the service and waiting time. Had to wait close to 40 mins for our latte and frappe to be served.
Even restaurants don't take this long for your entire meal to be prepared and served, let alone coffee shops. Have never had to wait this long at any coffee shop in my experience.

We ordered a lotus biscoff frappe and latte and the beverages were good, kinda placated us after the long wait we had to endure.
Nevertheless, I'd definitely suggest the managers at this outlet to have a look at their processes and why it took so long for our order. Not just our order, several customers there were waiting and had to wait really long for their orders as well.
