I visited Third Wave Coffee for the first time and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a hot cappuccino, but I was served a cold coffee instead. Additionally, I had specifically requested the cold coffee without sugar, yet it was served with sugar. After I raised the issue, the staff took back the cups and brought the beverages again. However, the cups returned were visibly unhygienic, which was quite concerning. Overall, this experience did not meet basic service and hygiene expectations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had Hot Latte which was good and along with it I had Lemon Raspberry Tea Cake which also was good. I had a good time here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Paid parking lot
