My favourite place to have amazing coffee !! Absolutely love their cream cheese bagel. The taste, presentation and attention to detail really stand out, especially Shubham Suryawanshi who handle rush hours confidently while maintaining quality! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dear CEO, I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had at a Third Wave Coffee location today, March 8th, at approximately 6:30 AM. I previously shared this feedback with your customer care team but received a dismissive response that failed to address the gravity of the situation. After a several-week absence due to previous issues with staff attitude, I returned to the café today. Unfortunately, I was again met with unprofessional conduct. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600
