I asked the servers to lower the music twice since I had to attend an online meeting (once at the counter and once when I received my coffee). My request was not considered on either occasion. It was pretty rude and inconsiderate. Apart from that the coffee was nice. However, it was not a pleasant experience for me. Service can definitely be improved. Also the people serving aren't warm and welcoming at all. Starbucks is a much better option next door. It's rather unfortunate I wasn't aware of the kind of service here at TWC since I was in a hurry to attend my meeting. Lesson learnt, I guess. My favourite third wave in all of Delhi! Amazing music and ambiance, always a great place for every occasion, either studying or catching up with friends.
