Mantasha's service was incredible, she was sweet and helpful. We had matcha, iced coffee and filer coffee all of which tasted really nice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹200–400

Accessibility Warning – Not Wheelchair Friendly I am extremely disappointed with the Third Wave Coffee outlet at R City Mall, Ghatkopar. The entrance to this café has a high, wide step that is completely non-negotiable for wheelchair users. This makes the outlet inaccessible and discriminatory toward persons with disabilities. Under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (RPwD Act), all public-facing establishments—including restaurants—are legally required to provide barrier-free access. Despite being located inside a modern mall which is accessible , this café has failed in its basic legal and moral responsibility to offer equal access. Accessibility is not optional—it is the law—and dismissing it excludes an entire community of customers. I urge the management of Third Wave Coffee to immediately install a proper wheelchair-accessible entry and comply with accessibility standards. Service: 1 Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible the step is too wide for a wheelchair to negotiate.
