Your customer service is very dismal for online orders and your indifference in it being so poor is very disturbing. If you can't fulfill your online deliveries, have you considered moving to in-store only? Maybe that would save you from raising so much capital. Or maybe this is exactly how you maintain profits -- by keeping customers stuck in a loop of deliveries that never happen.
