I ordered from this particular outlet of Third Wave Coffee via Zomato, and I’m extremely disappointed. First, the presentation of the coffee was far below the standard set by other Third Wave outlets. But worse, the quality of the coffee was pathetic—after consuming it, we suffered severe stomach issues. This isn’t a one-time issue either. It was my second order from this outlet in the last six months, and unfortunately, both experiences were horrible. It’s clear there is something consistently wrong at this specific location—whether it’s hygiene, quality control, or preparation standards. I strongly urge Third Wave Coffee and Zomato to investigate and consider suspending or shutting down this outlet until they can ensure it meets the brand’s standards.
