Third Wave Coffee, New BEL Road is a spacious outlet with both indoor and outdoor seating, and plenty of natural light. I attended a single-origin coffee tasting here and found the experience thoughtfully conducted. Lipika and Shaifa explained the pour-over process step by step—from using 19 grams of ground coffee, wetting the filter to avoid any paper aroma, to pouring water slowly to allow the coffee to bloom. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and maintained a calm demeanor that made the session enjoyable. I’d also like to acknowledge the excellent customer support provided by Ajmal. I reached out through the app’s Contact Us chat with a concern, which he took seriously and escalated to the appropriate team. He followed up via phone and email and ensured the issue was resolved in a timely manner. The responsiveness and follow-through reflected a strong commitment to customer experience.
