I visited this place hoping for a comfortable breakfast-cum-workspace, but it fell short of expectations. The setup isn’t really suitable for working—tables are too small, chairs not ergonomic, and charging ports are poorly placed. Breakfast options were fairly average, nothing particularly special, and the tea felt overpriced for what was served. It may work for a quick bite, but definitely not ideal if you’re looking for a productive workspace with decent food. In comparison Sahakar nagar branch offers better workspace. I do not recommend 80-feet road-New BEL road third wave coffee as a peaceful workspace. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹200–400
