I’ve been coming to Third Wave Coffee for a while now, and one of the highlights of my visits has always been the warm and welcoming service. Archana has been especially wonderful. she’s always so sweet, attentive, and genuinely kind. She takes the time to remember my order and greets me with a smile always. Ordered their sea salt mocha which was too salty. Even on requesting to redo, it was still not balanced. Not the best outlet. Very weirdly arranged tables, a very dull atmosphere I must say. Would definitely choose other outlets over this any day. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Kudos to team TWC for their exceptional service. Despite a failed transaction on the Third Wave Cafe's end, which left me uncertain about making a second payment until I received bank confirmation, the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. The coffee is top-notch, and the peaceful atmosphere on a Saturday morning is a bonus. Special thanks to Priyanka and Archana for making my experience truly special.
