The StrawBerry Matcha was just okay — nothing wow, especially for the price. The Orange Zest Mocha was really good though, and the Cheese Mushroom Croissant was also delicious. The coffee, as always, was perfectly brewed—rich, aromatic, and exactly what a specialty coffee lover looks for. The ambiance is great for a quick break or a relaxed conversation. However, what truly elevates this location is the outstanding staff, particularly Mr. Shivlal. Mr. Shivlal goes above and beyond with his friendly, polite, and professional service. He is quick to greet customers and has a genuine smile that makes the entire ordering process pleasant. He was patient and knowledgeable when we had a question about a specific blend and offered a fantastic recommendation. His efficiency ensures that even when the cafe is busy, the service remains prompt and attentive. In fact, my wife and I have become frequent customers specifically because of the consistently excellent service provided by Mr. Shivlal. It’s employees like him who make a good coffee shop a great one. The combination of high-quality coffee and his exceptional customer care makes this Third Wave Coffee our top choice in the mall.
