I often visit TWC and I often order Hot Choclate..Malvika is the one who prepares hot choclate which is just awesome. She prepares hot choclate with the right ingredients and I love the way she makes it. I think Malvika deserves to be manager for Third wave coffee because she is so friendly and empathizing with customers. I like her service a lot. She is just another level in making hot choclate Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
