Subject: Urgent Complaint — Cockroach Found in Coffee & Refund Denied Dear Team, I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding an extremely unhygienic experience at your outlet today. I had ordered a coffee worth ₹225, and to my shock, I found a cockroach inside the cup. When I informed the employee at the counter and asked for a refund, I was told, “Do whatever is possible by you”, and no resolution or refund was provided. This is not just unacceptable service but also a serious health hazard. I request an immediate refund of ₹225 and a written explanation of the action you are taking to prevent such incidents in the future. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to FSSAI and share a detailed public review of the incident on social platforms and food delivery apps. My go to Cafe, it's nearby to Marathahalli and great food and coffee and chocolate beverage options. The bear on my hot chocolate was perfect. Thanks to the amazing barista Bhanu for putting in so much effort. I was smiling throughout while drinking this . Awesome team work and management by Third Wave Coffee.
