Today I visited shake tank , staff is not speaking a single word , the kiosk was empty I thought my order is getting prepared , but it was someone else's order , so waited , after that one more order was getting prepared I thought it is my order still it wasn't mine , I said him atleast let me know that it will take 10 min 15 min so can seat and wait , he didn't speak a single word , I came back to my seat went back after 5 min than I asked for my order , he didn't bother , the guy who was preparing said him that ass hum his order , than he gave me my order that to i can clearly see how he kept my order on the front table with a cringe face , I used to order thickshake from shake take every time I visit nexus one mall , never had this kind of C behaviour from there staff , if you as a business owner reading this , you must take action for this kind of service . Visited Shake Tank at Nexus Ahmedabad One Mall and had a great time! We tried the Real Kesar Pista shake, Kit Kat shake, and White Chocolate Oreo waffle—everything was delicious! The shakes were creamy and flavorful, and the waffle was perfectly crispy and soft. The seating space is comfortable, making it a perfect spot to relax after shopping or a movie. Great service and a must-visit for dessert lovers. Highly recommend!
