I have been a fan of Theobroma but their bavdhan store is pathetic, the products and the service..I recently ordered 1 hazelnut pastry and one cheescake jar online, i got delivery on time but the pastries cames without cutlery, the cheesecake jar was half empty nd a small portion was filed wth cake, and the hazelnut chocolate mouse pastry was kept upside down the entire vream had gone..they had delivered in such a small box without any cutlery .....poor pathetic service in bavdhan store..Baner store is good i have been ordering from there never such issue arised......Bavdhan store needs improvement product wise and servuce wise..

Ordered duch truffle cake with egg option. But somehow they provided cake with pure veg marking, don't know why? . Why you are giving option to choose if you are not going to stick with it.Also cake recived is extremely soggy, stale. Didn't test good. Ruined my celebration day. People don't order from this outlet. Theobroma used to be good but quality declined. It is waste of money. Food: 1
