The Quality is surely dropping, and very sadly. This used to be a good cake shop. I ordered for fresh cream pineapple, the cake was dry, the almond flakes too much. I wanted one more 1/2 kg cake, I asked the guy to recommend, he said I should try the mango custard cake. Didn’t Realise that he was clearing his old stock, they say never ask the sales guy, he will push stock that no one is buying. Didn’t expect this from Theobrama though. That’s never how it used to be. Team Theobrama wake up, on quality and consistent service. While this might not show up on business soon, in the near term, business will decline slowly and u will become history..
