This is the first time I’ve had such an experience at Theobroma Foods. I’ve never faced this issue before, and I am a regular customer. Most of the time, I buy their eggless pineapple cake and pineapple pastry, and the quality has always been good. However, today for the first time, I clearly felt that the pineapple pastry was not fresh. The bottom layer of the pastry was very hard, and while eating it, it was quite noticeable that it wasn’t fresh. Today’s experience was honestly very disappointing. When I informed the store manager about this issue, the response I received was that “this is not possible,” which I did not find appropriate. As a regular customer, I expected a more understanding and professional response. Overall, it was a very bad experience today.
